A perfect soup to have in the winter and cold rainy weather.

Recipe serving-2 Ingredients- For stock- Cabbage-------------------1/2 cup chopped Bottle gaurd or Lauki-1 cup chopped Ginger----------------------1 tsp. Chopped Pepper corn--------------2 Cloves----------------------3 Cinnamon---------------1/2 inch stick Basil leaves---------------3-4

For Soup-

Almonds (badam)-5 Walnut [ Akhroat ]-5 Ginger grated- 1 tsp. White stock- 3 cup Butter - 2 tsp. Wheat flour or maida-1 tsp. Salt and to taste Fresh cream- 2 tab Sp. How to Make- For white vegetable stock- 1. Add all ingredients in cooker and pressure cook for 15 minutes on low flame. 2. Strain the stock. you can take vegetable of your choice. For soup-

1.Soak the almonds and walnut in hot water for 1/2 an hour, drain and remove the skin. 2.Churn in a mixer and make fine paste. 3. In a pan, heat the butter, add ginger and saute for 1 minute, add the flour and saute on a medium flame for 30 seconds. 4.Add the vegetable stock and mix well. 5.Add almond paste and mix well. Cook on a low flame for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. 6.Add the fresh cream, salt and pepper and mix well. 7.Serve hot garnish with almond slivers.
