Apple Sago Pudding for Upvas

Full of creaminess and the lovely flavors of apple and cinnamon. Ingredients- • 2 tab sp. buck wheat flour or kuttu Aatta • 2 tab sp. butter or ghee • 2 tab sp. Sugar Powder • Milk 1 cup • sabudana 2 tab Sp.[ soaked in water] • Sugar 2-3 tsp. • Mava 2 tsp. • Resin or kishmish 4-5 • Dry nuts[ almond ,pistachio , cashew nut, chironji etc]- 1 tab sp. • Apple- 1 • Brown sugar 1/2 cup • cinnamon powder A pinch How to Make- 1. In a microwave safe bowl combine buck wheat flour, sugar and ghee and mix all ingredients to make crumbs. 2. Bake on 180 degree in preheated oven for 10 minutes. 3. In heavy bottom pan boil milk, add sabudana, mava and resins and cook on low flame until thickened and sago is almost translucent. Cool slightly. 4. In a pan add apple, brown sugar and cinnamon, cook on low heat until golden. How to set- 1. Take a square mould. 2. First layer- Fill 1/4 mould with buck wheat mixture, slightly press with spoon, fridge for 10 minutes. 3. Second layer- Fill 2/3 mould with milk sago mixture. 4. Third layer- Sprinkle dry nuts and spread cooked apple. 5. Garnish with apple slice. Tips- 1. You can set this pudding in shot glasses. 2. You can add condense milk instead of mava and adjust sugar accordingly.

Step by Step Recipe of Apple Sago Pudding-

2.Bake on 180 degree in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
