Summer Drink-

Bael fruit is a hard shelled fruit and well known for its medicinal properties.

In the hot blazing summer, quench your thirst with this most refreshing, delicious, healthy summer drink. It is an excellent cooler during summers and can be consumed to get rid of heat or Loo. It is easy to make and need very simple ingredients.

Preparation time--------20 Minutes

Ingredients- Bael fruit– 1 large bael Sugar – 4 to 5 tbsp. Water – 2 glasses How to Make- 1.Break the bael fruit and scoop out the fruit pulp with the help of a spoon. Discard the outer shell. 2.Soak the pulp in 2 glass of water for 4 to 5 hours. 3.Mash the pulp and sieve the soaked pulp from strainer by pressing it with the help of spoon Discard insoluble fiber and seeds. 4.Add sugar, you can churn it in a blender for a smother consistency. 5.Add chilled water and ice cubes. You can make 8 to 10 glasses of wood apple squash or bael fruit sharbat from large bael fruit. For serving- In a tall glass add ice cubes, pour chilled beal sharbat. Garnish with lemon slice and mint leaves. Tips- 1.Always use ripe bael, first smell the fruit, ripe bael smells sweet. 2. Do not use any reactive metal to mix juices only use glass vessels. 3. You can add lemon juice, black salt and homemade chat masala according to your taste.

Step By Step Recipe of Bael Sharbat-
