Baked Potato

Baked potatoes filled with paneer and dry fruit mixture, perfect for fasting or upvas.

Serving-----------------3 Ingredients - Potatoes 6 medium size Paneer grated -1 cup Oil- 1 tbsp Green chilies- 2 Raisins 2 tbsp Cashew nut,Almond finely chopped- 1 tbsp Chironji- ½ tbsp. Raisins 2 tbsp Grated coconut - 2 tbsp. Salt to taste Hung curd- 1 cup 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Chat masala 1 tbsp Roasted cuminPowder-3/4 tbsp. Kashmiri red chili powder 1 -tbsp. Garam masala powder- 1 tbsp. Dry Mint-3/4 tbsp How to Make- 1. Scoop out from flattened end of peeled potatoes. 2. Boil potatoes in a pan on a colander in pressure cooker with half cup of water. Remove pressure from cooker after two whistles. 3. Filling- Heat the oil in a pan, add green chili, cashew,almond, chironji and coconut and fry for 1 min, add Paneer and raisins and saute further for a minute, add salt, black pepper and coriander leaves. 4. For marinating -Mix together curd, lemon juice, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, Garam Masala, mint powder. 5. Stuff the potatoes with the filling. Place the potatoes in the marinating bowl coating from all sides. Keep for an hour. 6. Bake in Tandoor or pre heated oven at 200 degree for 10 to 15 min. 7. Serve with Green chutney.

Step By Step Recipes of Baked Potato-

Scoop out from flattened end of peeled potatoes. Boil potatoes in a pan on a colander in pressure cooker with half cup of water. Remove pressure from cooker after two whistles.

Heat the oil in a pan, add green chili, kaju, Badam, chironji and coconut and fry for 1 min, add Paneer and raisins and sauté further for a minute, add salt, black pepper and coriander leaves.

Mix together curd, lemon juice, salt, red chilli powder, jeera powder, Garam Masala, Pudina powder. Stuff the potatoes with the filling. Place the potatoes in the marinating bowl coating from all sides. Keep for an hour.

Bake in Tandoor or pre heated oven at 200 degree for 10 to 15 min.

Serve with Green chutney.
