Bread Fruity Delight-

It is vacation time and kids expect fancy food, at times junk food too. Fruity delight is a special healthy interesting recipes for the kids. This is easy to make, kids would just love them and in this way eat fruits happily.

Ingredients-
2 Brown Bread Slice
2 tsp.- Butter
2 tsp. Fruit crush or fruit jam
1 cup Milk
Sugar to taste
2 tsp. Custard Powder
1/2 cup Fruit Pieces
Milk Masala for garnish Method- 1.Remove the crust from the bread, spread butter and cut into triangle. 2.Toast the bread slices and place in flat bowl. 3.Spread fruit [any fruit] crush or jam on the bread. 4.Boil milk, add custard powder, sugar and cook for 3-4 min. 5. Cool down the mixture. 6.Pour the custard mixture over the bread, top with fresh fruits. Garnish with milk masala and Refrigerate it . Tips- 1.This is full breakfast meal in a bowl. 2 You can add any fruit of your choice... I made Mango delight and strawberry delight. 3.Always use same flavor ingredients [ custard, crush, fruits]. 4.For any party it can be a good dessert.
Step by Step Recipe of Mango Delight-
Remove the crust from the bread, spread butter and cut into triangle. Toast the bread slices and place in flat bowl. Spread fruit [any fruit] crush or jam on the bread.
Boil milk, add custard powder, sugar and cook for 3-4 min. Cool down the mixture. Pour the custard mixture over the bread, top with fresh fruits.
Garnish with milk masala and Refrigerate.
