Cake Pre Mix

Have you ever tried making a homemade cake mix? Cake mixes are not only easy to make but they are great to give as a gift with recipe. You can make gift hamper with these cake mixes, cake pan and some cake accessories.

These cake mixes take a few minutes to prepare and result is warm, spongy and delicious. It is perfect when we are busy and need a little shortcut Baking, just mix few easily available ingredients into this premix and bakes up into a lovely and super moist vanilla or chocolate cake!

Preparation Time- 10 minutes

Baking Time---------30 minutes

Serving--------------- 9 inch round cake or 12 cupcakes.

Egg Less Vanilla cake-

Ingredients-

Dry Ingredients for pre mix-

1 cup Maida

1/4 cup Milk powder

2 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Baking soda

1 tsp. Vanilla powder

3/4 cup Sugar

2 tab Sp. Corn starch

1/4 cup Milk powder

pinch of Salt

Wet ingredients for cake-

1/2 cup Curd

1/2 cup Milk

1/4 cup Oil or butter


Egg less Chocolate cake-

Ingredients-

Dry Ingredients for premix-

All Purpose Flour / Maida - ¾ cup+ ⅛ cup (105 grams)

Cocoa powder - ⅓ cup (35 grams)

Milk Powder - ¼ cup (30 grams)

Sugar - ¾ cup + ⅛ cup(175 grams)

Baking Powder - ¾ tsp

Baking Soda - ½ tsp

Salt - ¼ tsp

Instant Coffee Powder - 1 tsp

Wet ingredients for cake-

Curd - ½ cup

Milk - ½ cup

Melted Butter or Oil - ¼ cup

How to Make-

Cake Premix-

  1. In a mixer jar add all dry ingredients, bland and store in a airtight container

  2. store in a airtight container and label the tag.

  3. If you want to make gift pack, print the tag with ingredients and instructions and add to the jar.

Cake Baking-

  1. Preheat oven, and grease baking pan.

  2. In a bowl add the cake mix with the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

  3. Bake in a 180 degree C preheated oven for 30 to 35 mins.

Tips-

You can store this premix for a month. For storing longer, store in freezer.

Step By Step recipe of Vanilla Chocolate Cake premix-
