Celery Carrot juice

Home made vegetables juice is amazingly healthy, preservative free, sugar free and 100% pure.

Vegetable drinks are very low in calories, filling, and extremely nutritious. Adding one glass juice in your diet, you can add generous amount of vitamins and minerals without adding any significant calories,. Carrots is very high in Vitamin A, as well as Vitamins B, C, Iron and Calcium.It is good for eyesight, bone development and immune system. Celery is a great source of antioxidants,reduces inflammation and support digestive system. I always love to try these vegetables in juice form.

Ingredients-

Celery chopped finely 1 cup

carrot 2

water 1 cup

Salt to taste

Cumin powder 1/2 t Sp.

Lemon 1

Ginger chopped 1 t Sp.

How to make-

  1. Separate the celery stalks from one another. Wash each one with clean running water to Remove any dirt on the celery.

  2. Peel carrot and wash properly.

  3. Cut the celery stalks and carrot into small pieces.

  4. Add celery and carrot pieces into a blander jar and churn into fine puree.

  5. Strain in a fine into cloth or fine net strainer, squeeze out as much juice as possible.

  6. Collect it in the container.

  7. Add salt and roasted cumin powder.

  8. Add lemon juice according to your taste.

  9. Serve in glass and garnish each with half a stick of celery and a few celery leaves.

Tips-

  1. Instead of blender, using the juicer is easier and takes only 10 minutes to prepare the carrot juice.

  2. You can also add some fruit like apple or orange with veggies.

Step By Step recipe of Celery Carrot juice-
