Chai [Tea] latte
Rich and creamy Tea Latte is the perfect winter drink. made with tea and steamed frothy milk. This simple and easy recipe will show you how to make a frothy tea latte at home. I am sure, after making this, you will forget store-bought tea.

1/2 cup Water
1 1/2 cup Full fat Milk
2 tsp. Brown Suger
4 cloves crushed
1/2 inch cinnamon stick
2 t Sp. Darjeeling Tea leaves
1/2 t Sp. vanilla extract
How to make-
For tea concentrate-In a heavy bottom pan add water, crushed cloves, cinnamon stick, and tea leaves and boil for 2-3 minutes and strain it.
In a heavy bottom pan add milk, suger, and heat the milk, when you see little bubbles along the edges, off the heat.
For perfect cafe like froth I used French press, Pour tea concentrate, milk and vanilla essence into french press. Pump the French press up and down 7-8 times until milk doubles. Pour into a cup. Garnish with cinnamon powder.
Any kind of tea can be used to make a tea latte.
I used tea leaves but you can use sachet also.
You can also use any kind of milk like almond milk, coconut milk.
For helthier option you can use honey instead of suger.
You can garnish with a spoon of whipped cream.
