Chocolate with oats and choco flakes


Dark chocolate is high in antioxidants. If your kids are chocolate lover, try this healthy homemade recipe with oats and choco flakes. It is very easy to make with few healthy ingredients.

Ingredients-

Dark cooking Chocolate pieces----------1 Cup

Strawberry oats--------------------------------1/4 cup

Choco flakes-------------------------------------1/2 cup

How to Make-

  1. Dry roast oats for1-2 minutes on low flame and crushed choco flakes into two parts.

  2. Place chocolate pieces in a bowl, fill another pan about 1/4 with water, boil and then place the chocolate bowl on top of the water.

  3. Allow it to melt on medium flame, stir slowly as soon as it starts to melt.

  4. When the whole mixture is well blended take the pan off the heat immediately.

  5. Add roasted oats and choco flakes into it, mix very well.

  6. Scoop the mixture and pour into silicone mould, you can use ice moulds also.

  7. Tap gently to remove the air bubbles.

  8. Refrigerate for 2 hours or till it sets completely.

  9. .Remove gently.

  10. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for 2-3 months.

Step By Step recipe of Chocolate with Oats and Choco Flakes -
