Crispy Corn

All time favorite,deep fried, delicious and crispy snack, tossed with spices and herbs.
Ingredients-
1 cup Sweet Corn kernels
1 tab Sp. Corn flour
1 tab Sp. Rice Flour
1 Tsp. Black Pepper
1 tab Sp. Lemon Juice
Ingredients for Spice powder-
1 tsp. Chat Masala
1/2 tsp. Red Chili Powder
1 tsp. Dry Mint Powder
1 tsp. Dry Mango powder
1/4 tsp. Turmeric powder
Oil for frying
How to Make-
In a bowl add corn kernels and cook in microwave for 2 minutes.
Combine the sweet corn kernels, cornstarch, rice flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Add lemon juice and mix well, so the flours stick to the kernels.
Heat oil, carefully drop sweet corn kernels and fry on medium heat till crisp and golden.
Lined a plate with kitchen towel and take out corn over it.
Mix spice powder ingredients in a bowl and sprinkle over fried corn. Mix very well.
Tips-
You can cover the pan when frying because the corn kernels pop around,leave a small opening for the steam to escape.
You can garnish some onion and coriander leaves.
Step By Step Recipe Of Crispy Corn-
