Dry Panjiri or Kasar

Panjiri or Kasaar, has always been among my favorite list or prashaads. Panjiri or Kasar is a North Indian sweet and it is mostly made for Satya narayan Pooja. I am from U.P and in my home my mom makes Kasar and Panchamrit in every pooja.
Ingredients-
1 cup Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Ghee
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Chopped Mix dry nuts
[ Almonds, Raisins, fresh coconut,Chironji, phool makhana]
¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
Basil leaves Few
How to Make-
in a thick-bottomed pan, heat in 1 tab Sp. ghee and roast Phool makhana.
Add rest of ghee and roast wheat flour until nice brown color.
Add dry nuts and roast another 2-3 minutes.
Add cardamom powder and basil leaves and mix well.
Cool Down.
Add sugar mix it well .
Serve with banana slices.
Step By Step Recipe of Kasar Or Dry Panjiri-
