Gulkand Cream cheese Bite

Ingredients- For The Crust- 1 cup coarsely crushed marie biscuit 1 tbsp sugar 4 tbsp melted butter For The Cheesecake Mixture 1 1/2 cups Cream cheese 1 tbsp Hung curds (dahi) 1/2 tsp of Baking soda a pinch of Nutmeg Powder 1/4 cup Condensed milk 2 tb sp- Gulkand 1 tsp Rose essence Method - For the crust

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Press the mixture into the base of a 150 mm. (6") loose bottomed cake tin.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Keep aside.

For the cheesecake mixture-

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer, and blend till smooth.

  2. Pour the cheesecake mixture evenly over the set biscuit base and bake in a pre-heated

  3. oven at 200°c (400°f) for 15 minutes.

  4. Cool slightly and cut into pieces.

Step by Step Recipe of Gulkand Cream Cheese bites-

Combine all the ingredients of crust in a bowl and mix well. Press the mixture into the base of a 150 mm. (6") loose bottomed cake tin. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Keep aside.


Combine all the ingredients of cheese cake mixture in a mixer, and blend till smooth. Pour the cheesecake mixture evenly over the set biscuit base and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 15 minutes.

Cool slightly and cut into pieces.
