Delicious and nutritious Paratha stuffed with various fresh veggies .This paratha is healthy for your kids too..If your kids do not like to eat vegetables this is a delicious way to get their goodness.

  • Ingredients- For Dough- Wheat Flour-2 cup Soya flour-2 tab Sp. Ragi Flour-1 tab Sp Spinach finely chopped-1 cup Curd-3-4 tab Sp. Salt to taste Cumin Seeds-1 tsp. Red chili Powder-1 tsp. Ginger Garlic paste-1 tsp. Sesame seeds-2 tsp. How to make Dough- 1. Wash spinach thoroughly and chop very fine. 2. Take wheat, ragi, and soya flour, add chopped spinach, curd, cumin seeds, salt, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste and sesame seeds and mix well. 3. Add little water if needed and knead soft dough. 4. Add little oil to make the surface smooth. 5. Leave for 15 minutes. For Filling- Carrot finely chopped Cabbage finely chopped-1/2 cup Capsicum finely chopped - 1 Spring Onion finely chopped-2 tab Sp. Ginger finely chopped-1 tsp. Coriander leaves finely chopped-1 tab Sp. Boiled and mashed Peas-2 tab Sp. Green chili finely chopped-1 Paneer grated-1/2 cup Garam masala-14 tsp. Red chili powder-1/4 tsp. [optional] Coriander Powder-1 tsp. Salt to taste

How to Make Filling- 1. In a food processor jar add all vegetables and chop finely. 2. Add paneer and all spices, salt and mix well. How to Make Parathas- 1. After 15 minutes knead the dough again to make it smooth. 2. Make balls and then flatten it out. 3. Apply wheat flour on both sides and roll into 3-4 inch diameter circle. 4. Put some stuffing in the middle of the circle and wrap it from all sides. 5. Again apply wheat flour on both side and roll it very gently and make a 6 inch diameter round. 6. Now heat the tawa and place the rolled paratha on it. Cook it well by applying some oil on both sides till golden. 7. Serve with Potato Bhaji, curd, Pickle or chutney. 8. The technique of stuffing and rolling are same for all the parathas. Tips- 1. Make stuffing while dough is resting to save the time. 2. To make the perfect stuffed paratha, dough needs to be soft and smooth and vegetable should chop very fine otherwise stuffing will come out from the edges. 3. One secret for unbreakable stuffed paratha is that add 2 spoon of rice flour in stuffing to absorb extra moisture and stuffing will not come out while rolling. It will make the rolling very easy and enhance the taste as well 4. You can mix chopped vegetables flours, curd, spinach and spices all together and knead little stiff dough, make equal size ball and roll out, cook on medium flame with oil till golden.

Step by Step Recipe Of Hara Bhara Paratha-

Serve with Aloo Bhaji, curd, Pickle or chutney.
