Hari mirch ka Achar


-

Green Chilies-----------------------250 gm.

Mustard Seeds--------------------1 tab Sp.

Turmeric Powder-----------------1 tab Sp.

Salt-------------------------------------1 and half tab Sp.

Mustard oil --------------------------1 cup

Methi dana--------------------------1 t Sp.

Fennel seed-------------------------1 tab Sp.

Dhania seeds-----------------------1 tab Sp.

Cumin seeds------------------------1/2 tab Sp.

Mango Powder---------------------1/2 tab Sp.

Heeng----------------------------------1 tsp.

How to Make-

  1. Wash and wipe green chilies, if possible sundry for 1 hour.

  2. Cut into 1 inch pieces

  3. place green chilies in dry moisture free glass bowl,add salt and turmeric powder mix well, keep in sun for a day. If you do not have sun light keep it in dry place.

  4. Dry roast all spices and grind in chutney jar into coarse powder, add and mix well.

  5. Pour the mustard oil and mix well.

  6. Cover the jar and keep in sunlight for 4-5 days.

  7. Keep it in refrigerator for 4-5 months.
