Healthy combo Mock tail -

A perfect mock tail, rich in anti oxidant and full of fibers.

Ingredients-

Tomato-1 Carrot-1 Beetroot-1 Water- 1 cup Apple juice

Mint leaves-4-5 Salt How to Make- 1. Grate carrot and beetroot and boil in pressure cooker for 3 whistles. 2. Let it cool. 3. In a blander add chopped tomato, boiled carrot and beetroot, mint leaves with water and churn well. 4.Invert the glasses and press the rims into a saucer filled with salt. 5. In a glass add crushed ice, add 3 tsp. beetroot puree and fill with apple juice or lemon lime soda, 6.Garnish with mint leaves.

Tips-

1. You can strain beetroot carrot, tomato puree. 2. For healthier option you can add apple juice or any other fruit juice like cranberry, guava juice instead of carbonated lime juice.
