Water- 1 and half cup
Honey- 1 tsp.
Fennel seeds [ sauf]-1 tsp.
Basil leaves-3-4
How to Make- 1. Crush Fennel seeds, This will release the nice aroma. 2. In a pan boil water and add crushed fennel seeds and basil leaves. 3. Boil water for 4-5 minutes. 4. Strain tea in a cup. Tips-. 1. You can also use fresh fine green leaves of fennel. 2. You can grind roasted fennel seeds and dry basil leaves and store in airtight container. 3. You. Can use crushed green cardamom with fennel seeds.

Crush Fennel seeds, This will release the nice aroma.

In a pan boil water and add crushed fennel seeds and basil leaves. Boil water for 4-5 minutes.

Strain tea in a cup.
