Thandai lassi

Lassi is a sweet chilled yogurt drink but this time I make this easy to make flavourful lassi which will be loved by everyone.

Ingredients-

  • 1 cup Thick curd

  • 1 cup Cold Milk

  • 2 tab Sp. Sugar

  • 2 tab sp. Thandai Mix

  • 1 tab Sp. Almonds chopped

  • 1 t Sp. Fennel seeds

  • 1 tab Sp.Melon seeds

  • 10- 12 mint leaves

  • 1 tab Sp. hazelnut syrup[optional]

  • 1 tab Sp. Rosewater

  • 1 tab Sp. Rose petals

  • 6-7 ice cubes

How to make-

  1. In a mixer jar add all ingredients of Thandai lassi and churn 1-2 minutes.

  2. Pour in tall glasses and garnish with almond flakes and rose petals.

Tips-

  1. Milk and curd should be chilled.

  2. I used a homemade Thandai mix and some fresh spices and nuts, but you can add a ready-made Thandai mix.

  3. Adjust lassi consistency according to your choice.
