Lassi is a sweet chilled yogurt drink but this time I make this easy to make flavourful lassi which will be loved by everyone.
1 cup Thick curd
1 cup Cold Milk
2 tab Sp. Sugar
2 tab sp. Thandai Mix
1 tab Sp. Almonds chopped
1 t Sp. Fennel seeds
1 tab Sp.Melon seeds
10- 12 mint leaves
1 tab Sp. hazelnut syrup[optional]
1 tab Sp. Rosewater
1 tab Sp. Rose petals
6-7 ice cubes
How to make-
In a mixer jar add all ingredients of Thandai lassi and churn 1-2 minutes.
Pour in tall glasses and garnish with almond flakes and rose petals.
Milk and curd should be chilled.
I used a homemade Thandai mix and some fresh spices and nuts, but you can add a ready-made Thandai mix.
Adjust lassi consistency according to your choice.
