Raw mango[Aam Panna] popsicles:

We cannot imagine a summer without a frozen treat. Keeping that in mind, this year I tried Raw mango or aam panna popsicle. It is a healthy way to deal with the hot summer day. Aam panna is a very popular and refreshing Indian drink made using Raw mangoes, fresh mint, sugar, black salt, and roasted cumin powder. It is a perfect thirst quencher and Due to excessive sweating, the body dehydrates and Aam Panna prevents the excessive loss. Try this recipe and I am sure your kids will also love it.

Ingredients-

1 cup Aam Panna

1 tab Sp. Sugar[ optional]

10-12 mint leaves

1 tab Sp. Mango slices

  1. In a cup or jar, add aam Panna. You can add some extra sugar as per your taste because when freezing the sweetness level decreases. Mix everything well.

  2. Pour the mixture into the popsicle mould, add some chopped mint leaves and mango slices, add in popsicle sticks.

  3. Kept in the freezer to chill for 6-8 hours or overnight.

  4. Before serving time take it out from the freezer and run underwater, it will be easy to unmould the popsicles.

Tips-

  1. If you do not have popsicle moulds, you may use small paper glasses with an ice cream stick.

  2. To increase the shelf life of aam panna, aam panna popsicle is a great idea.

Step By Step Recipe of Aam Panna Popsicle-
