Coconut Chia Pudding






If you want to start your day with a healthy and wholesome breakfast, it is a perfect recipe for you.

Chia Coconut Pudding is also a healthy, gluten-free, vegan, filling dessert. The flavor of this dessert is amazing. Coconut milk makes this pudding very creamy and slightly sweet, The Chia seeds absorb the liquid and give a nice creamy texture. You can try different combinations and top them with fresh fruits too.

This coconut chia pudding is made only with 3 simple ingredients and no cooking is required. Chia seeds are filled with all sorts of nutrients and antioxidants and high in fibers. It is full of proteins, fibers, omega 3 fatty acids, and healthy fats. This pudding will keep you full for hours.

Ingredients-

  • 1 can coconut Milk

  • 2 t Sp. honey or maple syrup

  • 1 t Sp. Vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds

  • 1 Tb sp. coconut flakes

  • 1 t Sp. roasted coconut flakes for garnish

How to make-

  1. In a glass or bowl add chia seeds, coconut milk. and honey or maple syrup and coconut flakes, whisk together all ingredients.

  2. Place the glass in the fridge for at least one hour or overnight.

  3. Garnish with roasted coconut flakes or your favorite toppings.

  4. it can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.

Tips-

  1. In this recipe, I used unsweetened coconut milk but you can use homemade coconut milk or full-fat coconut milk.

  2. Honey adds little sweetness, you can add maple syrup and adjust sweetness according to your taste.

  3. I like coconut flavor very much so I add some fresh shredded coconut in it, you can skip it.

  4. You can add any toppings like any fruit crush, chocolate syrup, fresh fruits like banana, grapes, berries, mangoes, etc.

  5. You can garnish with chopped dry nuts or choco chips.

Step By Step Recipe of Coconut Chia Pudding-

In a glass or bowl add chia seed, coconut milk, and honey or maple syrup and coconut flakes.
