Strawberry Cup Cakes


Yesterday I got strawberries in the market, so I thought to try Strawberry cupcakes and the result was amazing. It is very easy to make, takes only 10 minutes time for preparation, and requires ingredients that are easily available in our kitchen.

Try these less sweet, moist, fruity cupcakes which are perfect for breakfast or after meal dessert.

Preparation Time 10 minutes

Baking Time 30 minutes

Serves 6 cupcakes

Ingredients-

  • 1cup Maida

  • 1tSp. baking powder

  • 1/4 t Sp. baking soda

  • 1/4tSp. salt

  • 1/2 cup sugar powder

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/2tSp. vanilla extract chopped strawberries,

  • 8-10 strawberries, chopped into small pieces

  • Powdered sugar to dust the top+

How to make-

  1. Grease cupcake mold and preheat oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

  3. In a bowl beat sugar, yogurt, olive oil, and vanilla until well combined.

  4. Add 2-3 tab sp. flour at a time and mix well.

  5. Add chopped strawberry and slightly mix into the mixture.

  6. Transfer batter to prepared cupcake mold.

  7. Arrange some strawberries on top.

  8. Tap the pan so that air bubbles are released.

  9. Place the pan in the preheated oven in the center rack.

  10. Bake at 180 degrees C until golden brown or a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  11. Cool down for 5 minutes.

  12. Dust with powdered sugar and some sweet sprinkles.

  13. It stays fresh for 2-3 days and in the refrigerator stays fresh for a week.

Tips-

  1. Always take bright red ripe strawberries.

  2. Do not overmix the mixture.

Step By Step Recipe of Strawberry Cup Cakes:
