Tapioca Sabudana Almond Cookies

A very simple cookie recipe. If you're looking for some easy festive recipes try this. you'll love this gluten-free, vegan cookie. Sabudana is full of energy so it is also perfect for fasting.


Ingredients-

  • 1/2 cup Tapioca [sabudana] Flour

  • 1/4 cup Almond Powder

  • 1/4 t Sp. Baking Powder

  • A pinch Baking Soda

  • A pinch salt1/2 tsp. Green Cardomom powder

  • 1/4 cup Ghee

  • 1/4 cup jaggery powder

  • 2 tbsp. Honey

  • 8 Almonds

How to Make-

  1. In a bowl add ghee and jaggery and keep it in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.

  2. Beat for 5 minutes.

  3. Add all dry ingredients and make a soft dough.

  4. Cover with aluminum foil and keep the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

  5. After 30 minutes remove the dough and make small balls.

  6. Preheat oven to 200 C.

  7. Grease the baking tray or cover with a baking sheet and arrange the cookies 1inch distance on it. Cover with aluminum foil and keep the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
