Lemon ginger turmeric detox tea

Turmeric, an ancient Ayurvedic spice has an active compound cure- cumin is known to have a wide range of medicinal benefits including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti tumor, antibacterial, and antiviral activities. It is also the liver’s favorite spice and helps boost liver detox.
Ingredients-
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoons fresh turmeric
4 Black pepper corn
1/2 inch cinnamon sticks
4 Basil leaves
1/2 tsp. Honey {optional]
2 cup water
1- Lemon
How to Make-
Grate ginger and turmric into thin slices.
In a pan boil water over high heat. Combine the grated ginger, haldi, pepper, cinnamon and basil leaves. Boil for 5 min on low flame,
Remove from heat and strain in a cup.
Add ½ fresh lemon juice and honey right before you enjoy.
Drink this warm or cold.
Tips- 1. Leave the ginger and turmeric pieces in your tea cup or strain them out if you prefer. 2. You can store it in a large mason jar in the fridge and drink every morning.
