Home Made Mango Fruity

Frooti is an Indian Mango flavored drink made with mango juice. Mangoes are full packed with vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. There are so many health benefits of mango juice like lowering blood pressure, boosting circulation, improving vision and skin health. Fruity is perfect to replenish salts, vitamins and energy after physical exercise.

Now you can easily make kids favorite mango fruity drink at home with few ingredient and without adding any colour and preservatives.

Ingredients-

  • 1 Raw Mango

  • 2 Ripe Mango

  • 400 gm. Sugar

  • Water 1 liter

How to make-

1. Peel and cut mangoes into pieces, remove seeds and cook with one glass water in pressure cooker for 3-4 whistle.

2. Cool down completely.

3. Blend this mixture along with water and strain the pulp.

4. For sugar syrup bring the sugar and water to a boil.

5. Mix the sugar or sugar syrup and mango pulp together

6. Cover it and put it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

7. Before serving add water [approximately 1/2 liter] and stir it well.

8. Mango fruity is ready to serve, serve it with ice cubes.

9. You can store this mango fruity for a week in refrigerator.

Tips-

1. We don't need any string consistency sugar syrup.

2. Adjust the water and sugar according to your taste.
