Mango ice Lollypop:

Summers are here and this is the time to make Kids favourite ice cream at home. Ice-creams and mangoes always make hot summer very special, so I decided to make this mouth-watering, no-cook, easy to make mango lollipop for your loved ones to beat the summer heat. This recipe is inspired by our childhood favourite mango dolly. I am sure it will also connect you with endless childhood memories. I love this recipe because first It is a very simple no-cook recipe and kids can also make it easier, second, make it with simple 3 ingredients, third It is chemical-free homemade ice cream which is always better than storebought processed ice cream.

Serving 5 to 6 lollypops

ingredients-

  • Fresh Cream 150 ml

  • Condensed Milk 100 gm

  • Mango 1

  • White Chocolate 1/4 cup

  • chocolate moulds 2 same size

How to Make:

For vanilla Icecream:

  1. Slice mango and blend to make mango puree.

  2. In a big bowl add fresh cream and condensed milk, whisk until thick. You can also use a hand blender.

  3. Pour in favourite ice cream or chocolate moulds and freeze overnight.

For Mango Ice Cream:

  1. Place white chocolate in a double boiler and heat it until it's fully melted. mix very well.

  2. Add this to the mango pulp and whisk it well.

  3. Pour in ice cream moulds, allow it to cool completely and freeze until well set and firm.

  4. Take out moulds from the freezer. take out mango balls from the mould and place over vanilla balls.

  5. insert a wooden lollipop stick in it and freeze until well set and firm.

  6. If you want plain ice cream balls, do not insert the stick, freeze until well set.

  7. Once the ice cream lollipops are ready take them out from the freezer, unmould and serve immediately.

Tips-

  1. always use sweet ripe mangoes like Alphonso, Kesar, dussehre for this recipe. You can also use store-bought mango puree.

  2. You can also serve it without a stick with the pieces of mangoes.
