Mango Salsa

Now mangoes are in season and plentiful at the market, it is not possible for me to resist making mango salsa. This simple mango salsa is super easy to make. It’s colourful, sweet, spicy, delicious and full of flavor. It is a great salsa to serve with Mexican-themed dishes like Nacho chips, tacos and tortillas. I love pairing this mango salsa with grilled paneer or kabbabs. You could also serve it as a salad.
