Masala Chai kulfi

Masala chai Kulfi is a lovely blend of your kadak masala chai with the nice creamy kulfi. A little sweet, a little creamy, and a little spicy, you will get a nice flavor of ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, tea and melt in the mouth very quickly. Masala chai Kulfi is one of the most delicious desserts that can be had at any time of the year.

Preparation Time 20 minutes

Serving 4

Ingredients-

  • 1/2 liter Milk+1/2 cup

  • 4 tab sp. milk Powder

  • 3 tab sp. Condensed Milk

  • 1 t Sp. Masala tea powder https://bit.ly/3hiStIn

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 3 basil leaves

  • 2 tsp. heaping Tea leaves

  • 1 slice bread

  • 1 tab sp.mix Dry nuts

  • 2 Biscuits

How to Make-

Tea Concoction-

  1. In a pan add 1/2 cup milk, tea leaves, masala tea powder, basil leaves, and grated ginger and cook for 2-4 minutes.

  2. Strain it and keep aside.

For kulfi-

  1. In a heavy bottom pan boil milk, add tea concoction, cook on a low flame, and stirring continuously.

  2. Add Milk powder and mix very well, add Condensed milk, stir continuously and cook till it becomes thick.

  3. Add bread slice crumbs and cook another 3-4 minutes till custard-like consistency.

  4. Remove from the heat and cool down.

  5. Add chopped nuts.

  6. Once the mixture cools down, pour into Kulfi molds, cover with aluminum foil, and left in the freezer at least for 5-6 hours.

  7. When kulfi slightly set insert stick gently.

For Serving-

  1. In a small grinder, jar add dry nuts and biscuits, churn for a pulse and make a coarse powder.

  2. Take out the kulfis from the fridge, rub the molds between palm or place under running water for a few seconds, and unmold the kulfi gently.

  3. Sprinkle dry nuts powder.

  4. Garnish with rose petals.

  5. Serve immediately.

Tips-

  2. The mixture may be cooked till thick and pouring consistency, If you undercook the mixture, ice crystal may form.

  3. If you do not have molds take small glasses.

  4. Bread thicken the kulfi immediately, always take fresh white bread slice.

  5. Once the mixture cools down, you can also add fresh cream for a nice creamy texture.

  6. Adjust sweetness as per your taste.
