Mukhwas-Homemade digestive Anardana Goli




Ingredient -


  • Anardana [ Pomegranate seeds ]-5 tsp

  • Cumin seeds-2 t Sp

  • Ginger Powder-1 t Sp.

  • Sugar Powder 3-4 t Sp.

  • Gulkand ..3 tsp.

  • Black Salt As Per Taste

  • Black Pepper Powder..1/tsp

  • Amchur Powder-1 tsp.

  • Fennel seeds ( sauf)-3 tsp.

  • Carom seeds or Ajwayan-a pinch

  • Pudina powder-1 tsp.

How to Make-

  1. Dry roast Anardana, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, separately.

  2. Dry grind to a fine powder in a mixer, Anardana should be finely ground.

  3. In a bowl takel all the ingredients and mix well, keep Mixture aside for 5-10 minutes or till sugar leaves water.

  4. Now make round shape goli.

  5. Roll or dust your anardana goli in sugar powder.

  6. Let it dry for 2 to 3 days till firm.

  7. Store in an air-tight container.

Tips-

  1. It is very useful in nausea, vomiting and other digestive problems.

  2. You can make Anardana Churan with same ingredients.

Step By Step Recipe of Anardana Goli-
