No cook Mango kulfi-

Kulfi and ice creams are in demand in summers. This is easy, no cook mango recipe, children can easily make with your little help.

Preparation Time-10 minutes

Freezing time- 5-6 hours

Ingredients-

  • Milk- 1/2 cup

  • cream- 1/2 cup

  • Milk maid- 1/2 tin

  • Sliced Mango- 2

  • Chironji seeds- 2 tsp.

How to Make-


1. In a Bowl blend milk, mango slices, milkmaid till smooth. 2.Add cream and blend well. 3. In kulfi mould add some mango pieces and Chironji seeds. 4.Pour kulfi mixture and cover with lid. 5.Refrigerate for 5-6 hours. 6.Once set place kulfi mould under running water for 1 second and gently remove with the help of butter knife. Tips- 1. Help kids when demolding the kulfi. 2. You can also serve kulfi with falooda and Sabja seeds. 3. You can add nuts like almonds, walnut etc. of your choice. 4. You can also add mango syrup or fresh mango pieces on the kulfi while serving.

Step by step recipe of No Cook mango kulfi-
