Potato Boat-

Potatoes are kids all time favorite. Potato boat is quick and easy to make recipe loaded with lots of vegetables and cheese.

Total Time- 35 minutes


  • Ingredients-

  • Potato medium size-5

  • Broccoli florets-1/2 cup

  • Corn kernels-1/4 cup

  • Capsicum yellow-1 small finally chopped

  • Capsicum green-1 small finally chopped

  • Carrot-1 small finally chopped

  • Onion-1 finally chopped

  • Garlic ginger paste-1/2 tsp.

  • Butter or oil -1 tbsp.

  • Cheese Spread-1 small Can

  • Mozzarella cheese-1/2 cup

  • Tomato sauce - 1 tb Sp.

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper - 1/2 tp.

How To Make- 1. Peel the potatoes and Par boil in microwave with water for 3 -4 min 2. Drain all of the water from the pan and.allow potatoes to cool enough to handle. 3..Cut Potato half lengthwise and scoop out like a boat. 4. Brush butter inside each potato half and season with salt and pepper. 5. In a pan add little oil, cook onion till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 min. 6. Add all vegetables and cook for 2 min. 7. Add 1tsp. cheese spread into each potato boat and fill vegetable mixture , top with sauce and grated cheese. 9. Place filled potatoes on parchment paper in the oven, and bake on 180 degree or just golden brown. 10. In a toothpick add small triangle paneer piece for boat chappu and place on each potato boat. 11. Serve with green salad.



Step By Step recipe of Potato Boat-

Peel the potatoes, cut Potato half lengthwise and Par boil in microwave with water for 3 -4 min, Drain all of the water from the pan and allow potatoes to cool enough to handle. and scoop out like a boat.

top with sauce and grated cheese. Place filled potatoes on parchment paper in the oven, and bake on 180 degree or just golden brown.

In a toothpick add small triangle paneer piece for boat chappu and place on each potato boat.

Serve with green salad.
