Raw banana Bhajia

Bhajia or pakoras are the perfect snack for a cold and rainy day, I have tried so many bhajias or pakodas like potato bhajia, mix veg bhajia, cauliflower bhajia, onion, palak bhajia but this time i tried raw banana bhajia because of its lot of health benefits and the result is really awesome.

Raw bananas or green bananas comprise most essential vitamins and minerals. Sugar content in raw bananas is really low and that's why raw bananas are great for diabetes. Raw bananas or green bananas are rich in fibre and help in weight loss.

So in a cozy winter evening or a sunny picnic day make some best memories. Prepare this crispy and healthy raw banana bhajia to your family. To enjoy the best flavors serve it with green chutney or coconut chutney.

Ingredients-

Raw Banana-----------------------2

Onion--------------------------------1

Coriander Leaves----------------2 tab Sp.

Spinach leaves--------------------10

Ginger Finely chopped---------1 t Sp.

Green Chili finely chopped----1 t Sp.

Gram flour--------------------------1 cup

Rice Flour----------------------------2 tab Sp.

Hing------------------------------------1/4 t Sp.

carom Seeds------------------------1/2 t Sp.

Turmeric------------------------------1/4 t Sp.

Red chili Powder-------------------1/4 t Sp.

Salt to taste

How to Make-

  1. In a pressure cooker boil raw banana for 3 whistle.

  2. Do not peel the skin and cut into small pieces.

  3. Add all vegetables,spices, flours and mix very well. Do not add water, mix all ingredients.

  4. If the mixture is too dry add 2 -3 t Sp. water at a time.

  5. Heat the oil. Once the oil is hot enough, drop spoonfuls of the mixture in the oil and deep-fry till they turn crisp and golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.

  6. Serve immediately with green chutney and tomato ketchup.

Step By Step Recipe of Raw Banana Recipe-
