Raw Papaya Salad

A simple Salad with sweet and tangy flavor and perfect for upvas or fasting. .Key ingredients of this salad is groundnut and Basil leaves. Ingredients-
2 cups grated raw papaya
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp roasted peanuts
1 Tbsp chopped Basil Leaves
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 chopped red chilies
1 cup thinly sliced Tomato [ optional
1 cup chopped- cucumber
Method-
Grate Raw Papaya.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Toss with a wooden spatula.
Now cover with cling foil and refrigerate for 15 min.
Garnish with Green Chilies.
