Sabudana Tikki

Sabudana Vada is a popular Maharashtrian snack, made by boiled potatoes, Sago/ tapioca pearl or sabudana. It is deep fried snack usually served in Upvas or fasting. I do not prefer fried food in vrat or upvas so i made this starter as a tikki and shallow fry on tava or pan.
Sago tikki is perfect gluten free evening snack. Sabudana is good source of carbohydrate, fiber, calcium and potato is a good source of potassium, vitamin B6, fiber so it is perfect serving for fasting. It is crisp outside and as soon as you taste them, they start melting in your mouth.
