Salads to spice up your summer

Pasta Salad-



There's nothing like a fresh salad in hot summer weather. This simple summer salad is fresh and filling and explodes with flavors. It's easy and quick to prepare, tastes delicious, and is a healthy dinner on one plate.

Ingredients- • 1 cup- Pasta • 1 onion thinly slices • 1 Cucumber, thinly sliced • 1 small green and yellow Capsicum, thinly sliced • 1 tomato thinly sliced • 12- Green Olives • 1 small carrot, thinly sliced • Small piece Cabbage, thinly sliced • Salt and black pepper- to taste For Dressing- • 2 tab Sp.- Vinegar • 1 tab sp. olive oil • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped • 1 tsp. dried parsley • 1 tsp. dried oregano • 1 tsp. mustard paste • 1/4 tsp. chili flakes How to Make- 1. In a large pot, boil pasta in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain, rinse with water and coat with oil. 2. In a large bowl add all vegetables, pasta, salt and pepper and mix well. 3. In a glass jar add all ingredients of dressings, close lid and shake well. 4. Pour the dressing mixture over the pasta salad, and toss to coat. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator for one hour.

5. serve chilled.

Step By Step recipe of Pasta Salad-

1. In a large pot, boil pasta in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain, rinse with water and coat with oil.


2. In a large bowl add all vegetables, pasta, salt and pepper and mix well.


3. In a glass jar add all ingredients of dressings, close lid and shake well. Pour the dressing mixture over the pasta salad, and toss to coat. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator for one hour.

5. Serve chilled.
