Semolina Beet Carrot Halwa

Healthy, delicious, low sugar Halwa.


Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Semolina Rawa or suji

  • 1 Cup Grated carrot

  • 1 Cup grated Beetroot

  • ½ Cup Sugar

  • 2 Tb Sp. Condensed Milk

  • 2 Tb Sp Mixed nuts [ Almonds, Pista, Cashew nuts, Rasins ]

  • 2 to 2 and half cup Water

  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder

  • 2 t Sp. Coconut Powder

How to Make-

  1. Boil carrot and beetroot.

  2. Boil water with sugar

  3. In a pan roast suji with ghee till it turns golden brown.

  4. Add boiled & drained carrot, beet root and condensed milk mash it and cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Add sugar syrup and cook till water evaporates and frying pan leaves ghee aside.

  6. Decorate with cardamom powder, coconut powder, and nuts.
