Spinach Cheese Sev


A great snack which stays fresh for months.

Ingredients- Besan or Gram Flour -1 cup Rice flour-1/2 cup Grated cheese-1/2 cup Spinach Puree-1/2 cup Oil- 2 tsp Salt -1/2 tsp Black pepper Powder-1/2 tsp Oil for frying

How to Make- 1. Mix Besan, Rice flour, Cheese, salt. Black Pepper powder and 2 tsp oil. 2. Add Spinach Puree slowly and make soft dough, lightly oil the dough and cover for 5 min. 3. Grease Sev machine with small hole attachment. 4. Put dough in the sev machine. 5. Heat the oil on medium flame. 6. Hold the sev machine over kadahi and press, slowly moving machine in circular motion. 7. Fry the sev both the side and take them out over Paper towel. 8. Continue the same process for remaining dough. 9. Cool sev completely and they will become crisp. Break the sev lightly.

Tips - Be careful about salt because cheese also contains salt. Do not over fry, Maintain Green colour.

Step By Step Recipe of Spinach Cheese Sev-
