Summer Spaghetti Pasta-

Celebrate the warm weather with summer recipes, loaded with summer veggies. These recipes are easy to make and minimize your kitchen time. ingredients- • 1/2 packet Spaghetti • 2 onion cut onion into1/2inch slices • 1 each Red and Green Capsicum cut into 1/2inch slices • zucchini [optional ] cut into 1/2inch slices • 1/2 cup French beans cut into 1/2 inch • 1 Tomato cut into 1/2inch slices • 1 tab sp. Olive Oil • 1/2 tab sp. Garlic finely chopped • 1 tab sp. Barbecue sauce • 1 tab sp. Fresh basil leaves roughly chopped Salt and Pepper-to taste How to Cook- 1. In a large pan boil spaghetti pasta as packet directs, rinse, drain and coat with oil. 2. In a large pan heat oil and add chopped garlic, saute for 1 minute. 3. Add onion sauté 1 minute and add all vegetables except tomato, sauté for 1 -2minute. 4. Add tomato, spaghetti, salt, pepper, barbecue sauce and roughly chopped basil leaves, toss to combine. 5. Serve.

Step by Step Recipe of Spaghetti-

1. In a large pan boil spaghetti pasta as packet directs, rinse, drain and coat with oil.
