1/4 cup sugar
4 tablespoons full-fat milk Powder
2 tab Sp.Thandai Powder
1 tab Sp. chopped dry nuts.
How to Make-
In a heavy bottom pan, boil milk, Simmer for 10 minutes. scrape the sides, collect the malai, and add it into milk. Add sugar, milk powder, thandai masala powder, and mix well. When milk is reduced half switch off the gas.
Cooldown and kept in the fridge for half an hour.
Add fresh cream and churn it very well.
Add chopped dry nuts.
Pour the milk into kulfi molds and freeze overnight.
Place kulfi molds under running water. Kulfi will slide off easily,
insert sticks, and serve thandai kulfi immediately. Tips- 1. You can make popsicles if you do not have kulfi molds
2. You can even set kulfi in small earthen pots.
