Upvas Recipe- Thandai Smoothie-

Generally Smoothie is made from blended fruits, vegetables and dairy, however I have given it an Indian twist by using Thandai, a great immunity booster, which has anti-oxidants and good cholesterol.The thandai smoothie is a fruit smoothie with lots of spices and dry nuts. it is not only a very interesting, healthy, easy to make and flavorful drink but also perfect for fasting because meal itself.

Ingredients- 2 tablespoon Homemade Thandai Masala or ready made Thandai syrup 1 cup- Curd sugar to taste Banana-1 Apple -1 2 tsp- chopped, Almonds and pistachio for Garnishing Method- Blend banana, Apple, Curd, Sugar, Thandai and ice. Transfer into Glass, garnish with chopped Almonds and pistachio before serving.
