Whole wheat Egg less Ginger Basil cookies

Monsoon is the season of cold and cough. With the changing season, from summer to winter, come health problems.

I decided to make recipes with ingredients which we use in winters and monsoon season for preventing small ailments.

My first healthy ingredients is whole wheat flour instead of maida or plain flour, second I used ginger and basil miracle herbs which are used to fight many health issues. In India we have been consuming ginger basil tea since long time in winters. This time I decided to add such magic herbs in different form. As sweetener I used jaggery. I am also adding some spices like cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg powder which are very beneficial to treat cold and cough problems.

Enjoy ginger basil cookies with healthy and nutritious spices.
